500g. Ingredients: Green Cabbage, Cucumber, Dill, Salt, Spices. Hybrid between a dill pickle and sauerkraut. Crunchy, sour and herbaceous. Made with loads of fresh dill, pickling spices and actual cubes of fresh cucumber that turn into pickles via the fermentation process. Good on anything that you would normally put a pickle on. Sandwiches, hotdogs, burgers, perogies, makes an excellent tzatziki sauce, or tartare sauce.
